COFFEE SUPPLIES DIRECT NEXT DELIVERY SERVICE
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £60.00 + VAT
We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our parcel delivery. All parcels are sent via a trackable method giving you the assurance that the parcel is on its way!
Place your order before 3:30pm (Monday – Friday) and it will be dispatched to you the same day. Orders placed until 11am on a Saturday will also be sent same day (except for larger orders which will be sent on the following Monday. More remote areas of the British Isles will receive a 2-day service if the next day courier is not available.
Orders with a high volume or bulk quantities that require pallet delivery may not be eligible for next working day delivery, particularly if placed after 12:00Pm. These orders may be processed and shipped using alternative services to ensure safe and efficient handling.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING POSTCODE AREAS: AB31-56, BT, FK17-FK21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE. These areas have a 2-day courier service.

Please note: while Royal Mail 24 Tracked provides reliable tracking and aims to deliver your parcel within the estimated timeframe, this service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Refund Policy on Shipping:
In the event of a delay, please be aware that refunds for shipping fees may not be possible if the delay is brief. We assess each case individually and will do our best to address any concerns you may have.

Remote & Rural Deliveries
Some more remote parts of the UK are more difficult to reach. We will do all we can to deliver to these areas within the above standard delivery terms.

Policy on Delivery Complaints
Please note that any complaints regarding undelivered items must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept or process complaints made after this 30-day period.
