The Brasilia grinder is designed to dispense the correct grind and gram throw of bean time after time. The average gram throw for a single espresso based drink through a traditional espresso machine is between 6.5 and 7 grams. This is dependent upon blend of bean, size of cup used, and the strength of drink required. Tailormade gram throws can be recommended at time of installation.
