New courier required

First time ordering from Coffee Supplies Direct, easy website to navigate, order and pay. During the completion process it offers a 48 hour delivery service through Royal Mail, as much as I like and use Royal Mail, I find that since it was sold out to profiteers the service is appalling, 48 hour service took double that to arrive with a 12 hour delivery time slot! 2 days wasted waiting in for a delivery is pretty poor, please look into and review your delivery options.
