We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Coffee Supplies Direct purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a product is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you. For UK orders, we will pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
If you’ve simply had a change of heart you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return the products to us in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). You must not write anything on the item, its packaging or instructions. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you. On your request and for your convenience, our customer services team can provide you with a return label to simplify the shipment process. We will inform you what the return shipment costs will be and that the return shipment cost will be deducted from any eligible refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for the cost of returning the item yourself. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.

What next? We will contact you to confirm acknowledgment that you wish to return a product(s) and provide you with a returns number. If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning. We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund what you've paid for it within 14 working days.
