Full Warranty Packages - (1 year / 3 year / 5 year options)
To ensure you receive the quality of service you deserve we at Coffee Supplies Direct offer you a full range of Warranty options to ensure that your new equipment is professionally delivered, installed and maintained by a team of over 90 installation and service technicians who provide you with nationwide coverage.
All engineers are fully trained and certified and will complete training with your staff on how to clean and operate the machine when they install it (if installtion option selected). This helps to ensure that your new machine will be fully operational and correctly maintained from day one.
Our full warranty options include 1, 3 and 5 years. (Please see machine type for individual costs)
On cetain equipment - Coffee Supplies Direct reserves the right to outsource the installation and technical servicing to the machine manufacturer, or 3rd Party Service provider. All fault calls will still be handled by Coffee Supplies Direct who will remain your point of contact and aftersales service provider.
What does the Full Warranty Package include?
Call out and labour, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (Call out on certain equipment is available on weekends and bank holidays but will be charged at the current standard rate - POA)
Parts - Parts warranty includes all Parts with fair wear and tear
Sudden technical failure
Portable appliance test if any electrical system is worked upon
What is not covered by the Full Warranty Package?
Cost of repairs or modifications to the equipment required as a result of: Damage arising from fire, frost, misuse of the equipment, the fitting of parts or accessories not approved by us or by persons not approved by us.
Changes in vend price or changes in the coinage of the United Kingdom. Separate charges will be made for these services.
Water scale related problems if you have chosen not to have a Water Filter fitted, or the machine is not descaled at the recommended times - as per the manufactuers recommendations Loss of equipment insurance.
Customer’s obligation to have all electrical equipment used at their premises Portable Appliance Tested. This is the customer’s responsibility.
* Customer Installations **
All customer are expected to supply the following services prior to the day of installation - Cancellation charges will apply for aborted installations if the site is not ready.
Water Supply (if plumbed)
The machine should be situated within 1 metre of an accessible portable water supply from a rising main terminated at a WRC approved 15mm compression stop tap. Water pressure at the stop tap must be within the limits of 1 - 10 Bar.
We recommend that all plumbed equipment is fitted with a water filter at the time of installation and must be changed every 6 months at the standard Coffee Supplies Direct rate.
(Please consult your local plumber should you have any concerns on your water supply requirements)
A suitable electricity supply must be sited within 1.5 metres of the machines location. The electrical requirements of the equipment will be confirmed at the time of ordering.(This is usually dependant on the machine typr / or the number of drinks you need to serve in any 1 hour period).
All machines are fitted with a 1.5 metre length of cable which should be connected to a suitable switched socket outlet installed to the latest version of the I.E.E. Wiring Regulations .
