Ordered decaf capsules at the beginning of September but realised when I opened the package 12 days later that they were the wrong capsules, don’t know if I was at fault or not but contacted you by email to see if I could replace/return them but have had no response other than this feedback form.

I drink Lavazza pod coffee, it's excellent. Waitrose put their prices up over one £ in under a month. Now I will always buy it from Coffee Supplies Direct at much better prices for quantity.

I have not tried other decaff pods so I cannot compare, but we love the strength and bouquet of this one. Handy to have if you are avoiding too much caffeine.
