Coffee Good but not 100% success with the Pod

Coffee is 5 star and is absolutely fine when everything functions correctly.
Not 100% satisfied with the performance of the actual coffee pods, as there are at least 1 and sometimes 2 failures in every box of 16. Other makes of pods work exactly as they should do.

As previously informed you, the valve in the pod does not open to allow the the coffee to flow through and the pressure in the pod explodes and forces the hot water and coffee grains out of the top of the pod and all over the coffee machine and work top.

This was reported and detailed to you a couple of months ago with a previous order, however I am still waiting for a response after being informed that the problem would be investigated.

Coffee = 5 star, Coffee Pods = 3 star, Customer Service = 2 star

Probably my own fault for placing another order and expecting the problem to have been resolved.
You did ask for my thoughts!

Wonderful coffee, but decaf pods not great.

Love the flavour and convenience of the pods. The caffeinated ones work beautifully, but the decaf ones don't pierce properly meaning that I ended up with a counter full of water. I now pierce them up to 3 times, which works sometimes. Coffee flavour for decaf - Great, but pod design iffy.
