Ordered on the 1st, still not arrived. Contacted Customer Services to which was advised more or less tough. Shame as the service upto now has been excellent

I am so sorry to hear that your parcel was not received when expected, and that you are not happy with our service. I have tracked your order and I can see that this has been lost in transit with Royal Mail. At the time when you first contacted our customer service team, It had not been concluded that your parcel had been lost, I can see that our customer service team informed you that the parcel was delayed in transit, and to please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. I can see that they have since been back in touch and confirmed that your order has been lost, and have posted a replacement to you which has now been delivered.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused.
I hope this experience does not dissuade you from ordering from us again.
