There are 3 main species of Vanilla grown globally, all of which derive from the original species found in Mexico. Today Madagascar produces two-thirds of the worlds supply of Vanilla.
MONIN Vanilla Syrup works well with an variety of other flavours including, citrus fruits such as Lime or Orange to exotic flavours including Mango or Coconut. Mainly used in many different beverage applications from coffees, teas, frappe, cocktails and mocktails.
