I accidentally ordered ground coffee instead of beans. When I realised, I quickly contacted the company although I had already received an email stating my item was packed and being dispatched. The staff replied to my email shortly thereafter and said they had located my order and swapped it out for beans. The coffee was then sent overnight and was with me the next day. Can’t ask for a better service and would highly recommend Coffee Supplies Direct.

Absolutely excellent coffee. Judt what I wanted and needed.

My local minimarket charges £4+ for a single packet. These worked out much cheaper and have an expiry date a year hence. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I'll be reordering when these run out!
